Contractor Policy
Welcome to All Pro Electric LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern all electrical services, repairs, and installations provided by our team throughout Puerto Rico. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms. We are committed to Wiring Excellence and Powering Futures, ensuring all work meets the high standards of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and local building codes. Please read these terms carefully as they form a binding legal agreement between you and All Pro Electric LLC regarding your project and our professional relationship.
Services and Project Estimates
All Pro Electric LLC provides professional residential and commercial electrical contracting services. Estimates provided are valid for 30 days and are based on a visual inspection of the site; final costs may vary if unforeseen electrical issues are discovered once work begins. Clients must provide safe and clear access to the work area and electrical panels at all times. Regarding permits and inspections, we will coordinate necessary filings with Puerto Rico governmental agencies, though the client is responsible for all associated municipal fees unless otherwise noted in the specific project contract. All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Puerto Rico amendments. We reserve the right to decline service if site conditions are deemed hazardous to our technicians or do not meet safety protocols.
Payments, Liability, and Law
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a progress payment schedule is established for larger projects. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a service fee. We provide a limited one-year warranty on our workmanship; however, we are not liable for pre-existing wiring issues or hardware failures of components not manufactured by us. Our liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the services rendered. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mediation or in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico. All Pro Electric LLC maintains full insurance coverage to protect our clients and our crew during every installation.
